ABOUT Welcome to the Rufus L. Perry Organization. Our mission is to shine a light on two particular African Americans, a father and son tag-team, who fought for the redemption of African people in America and abroad. Rufus L. Perry was the great great grandfather of our very own Freedom Williams. Dr. Perry was also the author of the trailblazing and obscure piece "The Cushites". Often referenced, but rarely pinned down, his literary works allowed a peek into the minds of those men who were born in bondage, yet managed to reach the heights of intellect, which in turn enabled them to shoot down any naysayer who argued against the glory and awesome power of the African people. Rufus L. Perry Jr., the son of the aformentioned Mr. Perry, was in his own right a masterful tactition in the fields of intellect and philosophy. A lawyer, who was an authority on the Hebrew language, as well as the Talmud, trailblazed for the progression of Africans and African descendants.
